How to purchase
Who can purchase from us?
Anyone who is interested in the product.

How is a purchase finalised?
Acceptance of a purchase order is subject to the verification of Credit Card details (expiry date and available credit). Acceptance of a purchase order will then be notified directly to a customer with an email indicating all purchase details (purchase order number, products purchased, prices, total amount due, etc.).

Is it possible to track the status of my order?
A customer can check on the progress of their order at any time by accessing the dedicated page on the website.

Payment Methods
Which methods of payment are accepted?
All methods of payment supported by PayPal are accepted, such as major credit cards and prepaid credit cards belonging to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carta Aura or Postepay networks. Bank transfers are also accepted as a method of payment.

Is the online Credit Card payment system secure?
Payments on our system are totally secure since they are processed through PayPal, world leader in online payments. Transactions take place online through secure encrypted systems according to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system and no information related to the credit cards is held by HSL at any time.

When will my Credit Card be charged?
The PayPal circuit charges your Credit Card upon acceptance of your order.

How does paying through a bank transfer work?
Payments through bank transfers must be carried out in advance: a copy of the receipt of payment must be sent via fax to 0461.955422, or in PDF format to the e-mail address exnovo@exnovo-italia.com, as specified in the e-mail confirming your order.

Delivery and Shipping
When will my order be despatched?
We are not able to process your order and thus deliver the Product you have purchased until payment has not been fully and definitely collected through our banking system.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our products can take up to 5 days to be produced. If the product you have ordered is in stock, it will be despatched and delivered within 5 working days. If the product you have ordered is not in stock and has to be produced, delivery will take place within a maximum of 10 days.

Which Courier will deliver my product?
Shipping is generally entrusted to SDA.

Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination. Check how much your shipping costs will amount to in the dedicated section “CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES”.

Is it possible to track the delivery of my order?
A customer can track their order at any time by accessing the dedicated page on the website. With the e-mail confirming your order, you will receive a TRACKING code to enable you to track your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products within 14 working days from the date you received the order. Here’s how:
– notify HSL  in writing, via email, fax or registered letter, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, using the pdf withdrawal form attached or any other clear statement;
– pack your product, including all its accessories, in its intact packaging;
– send it to HSL by courier: the shipping costs for returned goods are entirely at customer’s expense;
– on receiving the goods these will be duly checked as provided for by our terms of sale; in case the returned goods are accepted, an email will confirm the acceptance of the return and the refund procedure will be approved.

HSL reserves the right to refuse returned goods if they are notified or despatched after the stated terms or if the products are not returned in the same conditions in which you received them.
